The lore

About

Hand-poured soft plastics, made by someone who should probably be sleeping instead.

Lureguessr started the same way most bad decisions do: standing on a bank, staring into a tackle box full of baits that were almost right.

The color was wrong for the water. The plastic was stiff as a board. An entire bag got shredded by bluegill before 8 a.m. At some point you stop being mad about it and start melting plastic at home. That's where I'm at now.

Poured by hand, unfortunately

Every bait here is hand-poured in small batches. If a color doesn't catch fish, it gets cut. No meeting. No focus group. It's just gone.

It also means no two batches are exactly the same. That's not a defect. That's character. Allegedly.

Sold in bulk, because you're going to lose these

Let's be honest. These are going into brush piles, snags, and the mouths of fish with teeth. So they come in bulk, and the more you buy, the less each one costs. It's math.

Docks, beds, clear water that makes everything harder than it needs to be. Doesn't matter. The goal is simple: this should be the bait you tie on first.

Anyway

This is a small shop. Every order, every follow, and every blurry fish photo genuinely makes my day. Got a question or a color idea? Send me a message. I read all of them.

See you on the water.

Made by hand

A person pours every single one of these. By hand. Like it's 1850. I don't recommend it, but here we are.

Cheaper in bulk

Bigger bag, cheaper per bait. That's it. That's the whole idea. Groundbreaking stuff.

Out the door fast

Ships USPS in 2–3 business days. Free over $50, because I'm not a monster.

Go look at the baits. Or ask me something. Either one works.
